Job Title: Floorman (Offshore)
Job Description:
The offshore floorman assists the drilling crew and other personnel on offshore drilling rigs or production platforms, ensuring smooth and safe operations. They provide support in operating, maintaining, and inspecting drilling and production equipment, and help uphold safety standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the operation and maintenance of drilling and production equipment.
- Support the drilling crew in preparing equipment, tools, and materials needed for operations.
- Monitor and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
- Help with the troubleshooting and repair of machinery and systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations and procedures.
- Maintain safety standards by participating in safety drills and adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in the inspection and cleaning of equipment and work areas.
- Support the crew during emergencies or unusual incidents.
- Document operational activities and maintenance tasks accurately.
- Coordinate with other departments and personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications and Skills:
- This position is open to Thai Nationals only
- Previous offshore experience in the Gulf of Thailand preferred
- Prior experience in offshore drilling or oilfield operations preferred.
- Knowledge of drilling or production equipment and safety procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in challenging weather conditions and remote locations.
- Valid certification such as BOSIET/T-BOSIET, HUET, offshore survival, and offshore medical certification.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor.
Work Environment:
- Work on offshore drilling rigs or production platforms.
- Rotation 28/28 or 28/14 depending on drilling activity.
- Exposure to harsh weather conditions and safety risks.
Contract worker (Permanently assigned to rig). 7-12 Months contract.

พนักงานฟลอร์แมนบนแท่นขุดเจาะนอกชายฝั่งมีหน้าที่ช่วยเหลือทีมขุดเจาะและบุคลากรอื่น ๆ บนแท่นขุดเจาะหรือตึกผลิตน้ำมัน เพื่อให้การปฏิบัติงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและปลอดภัย มีบทบาทสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติการ บำรุงรักษา และตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ขุดเจาะและผลิตน้ำมัน พร้อมรักษามาตรฐานความปลอดภัยตลอดเวลา
(Key Responsibilities) หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก:
- ช่วยเหลือในการปฏิบัติการและบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ขุดเจาะและผลิตน้ำมัน
- สนับสนุนทีมขุดเจาะในการเตรียมอุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือ และวัสดุสำหรับการปฏิบัติงาน
- ตรวจสอบและรายงานความผิดปกติของอุปกรณ์หรือความเสี่ยงด้านความปลอดภัย
- ช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาและซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรและระบบต่าง ๆ
- ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบและขั้นตอนด้านความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม
- รักษามาตรฐานความปลอดภัยโดยเข้าร่วมการซ้อมและปฏิบัติตามมาตรการความปลอดภัย
- ช่วยตรวจสอบและทำความสะอาดอุปกรณ์และพื้นที่ทำงาน
- สนับสนุนทีมงานในกรณีฉุกเฉินหรือเหตุการณ์ไม่ปกติ
- จัดทำบันทึกการปฏิบัติงานและงานบำรุงรักษาอย่างถูกต้อง
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายอื่น ๆ และบุคลากรเพื่อให้การทำงานมีประสิทธิภาพ
(Qualifications & Skills) คุณสมบัติและทักษะที่ต้องการ:
- รับสมัครเฉพาะผู้มีสัญชาติไทย (Thai Nationals only)
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานนอกชายฝั่งในอ่าวไทยจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในงานขุดเจาะน้ำมันหรือการปฏิบัติงานนอกชายฝั่งจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์ขุดเจาะหรือผลิตน้ำมันและขั้นตอนความปลอดภัย
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการทำงานเป็นทีม
- สามารถทำงานในสภาพอากาศท้าทายและพื้นที่ห่างไกล
- มีใบรับรองที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น BOSIET/T-BOSIET, HUET, offshore survival, และ offshore medical certification
- มีร่างกายแข็งแรงและสามารถทำงานแรงงานได้
(Work Environment) สภาพแวดล้อมการทำงาน:
- ทำงานบนแท่นขุดเจาะหรือตึกผลิตน้ำมันนอกชายฝั่ง
- กะการทำงานแบบ 28/28 หรือ 28/14 ขึ้นอยู่กับกิจกรรมการขุดเจาะ
- เจอสภาพอากาศรุนแรงและความเสี่ยงด้านความปลอดภัย
- ต้องปฏิบัติตามมาตรการความปลอดภัยและกฎระเบียบด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างเคร่งครัด
- เป็นพนักงานสัญญาจ้าง (ประจำแท่น) ระยะเวลา 7–12 เดือน
