Job Description:
The offshore pumpman is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and inspection of deck machinery, including pumps, winches, cranes, and other equipment on offshore drilling rigs or production platforms. They play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of fluids, materials, and equipment during offshore operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor deck machinery such as pumps, cranes, winches, and hoists.
- Maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot deck equipment to ensure reliable operation.
- Assist in the handling and transfer of fluids, drilling mud, and other materials.
- Ensure all equipment is used safely and in compliance with safety standards and procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance, lubrication, and repairs on deck machinery.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment operation, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Support safety procedures during lifting, transfers, and other offshore activities.
- Participate in safety drills and emergency response procedures.
- Collaborate with rig crew and other departments to coordinate operational tasks.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the deck and equipment areas.
Qualifications and Skills:
- This position is open to Thai Nationals only
- Previous offshore experience in the Gulf of Thailand preferred
- Prior experience working with deck machinery in offshore environments preferred.
- Knowledge of deck equipment, pumps, and safety standards.
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
- Good physical condition and stamina for demanding work environments.
- Valid certification such as BOSIET/T-BOSIET, HUET, offshore survival, and offshore medical certification.
- Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols meticulously.
- Good communication skills.
Work Environment:
- Work on offshore drilling rigs or production platforms.
- Rotation 28/28 or 28/14 depending on drilling activity.
- Exposure to harsh weather conditions and safety risks.
- Strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
Contract worker (Permanently assigned to rig). 7-12 Months contract.

Overview
พนักงานปั๊มบนแท่นขุดเจาะนอกชายฝั่งมีหน้าที่ในการปฏิบัติการ ดูแลบำรุงรักษา และตรวจสอบเครื่องจักรบนดาดฟ้า เช่น ปั๊ม รอก เครน และอุปกรณ์อื่น ๆ บนแท่นขุดเจาะหรือตึกผลิตน้ำมันนอกชายฝั่ง มีบทบาทสำคัญในการจัดการของเหลว วัสดุ และอุปกรณ์อย่างปลอดภัยและมีประสิทธิภาพระหว่างการปฏิบัติงานนอกชายฝั่ง
(Key Responsibilities) หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก:
- ปฏิบัติการและตรวจสอบเครื่องจักรบนดาดฟ้า เช่น ปั๊ม เครน รอก และเครื่องยกต่าง ๆ
- บำรุงรักษา ตรวจสอบ และแก้ไขปัญหาอุปกรณ์บนดาดฟ้าเพื่อให้ทำงานได้อย่างเชื่อถือได้
- ช่วยเหลือในการจัดการและโอนย้ายของเหลว น้ำโคลนเจาะ และวัสดุอื่น ๆ
- ใช้อุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดอย่างปลอดภัยและเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและขั้นตอนความปลอดภัย
- ทำการบำรุงรักษาตามรอบ การหล่อลื่น และซ่อมแซมเครื่องจักรบนดาดฟ้า
- เก็บบันทึกอย่างถูกต้องเกี่ยวกับการใช้งาน ตรวจสอบ และบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์
- สนับสนุนการปฏิบัติตามมาตรการความปลอดภัยระหว่างการยก การโอนย้าย และกิจกรรมอื่น ๆ บนแท่น
- เข้าร่วมการซ้อมและการตอบสนองฉุกเฉินด้านความปลอดภัย
- ประสานงานกับทีมงานบนแท่นและฝ่ายอื่น ๆ เพื่อจัดการงานปฏิบัติการ
- รักษาความสะอาดและการจัดระเบียบของดาดฟ้าและพื้นที่อุปกรณ์
(Qualifications & Skills) คุณสมบัติและทักษะที่ต้องการ:
- รับสมัครเฉพาะผู้มีสัญชาติไทย (Thai Nationals only)
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานนอกชายฝั่งในอ่าวไทยจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานกับเครื่องจักรบนดาดฟ้าในสภาพแวดล้อมนอกชายฝั่งจะได้รับการพิจารณา
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์บนดาดฟ้า ปั๊ม และมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย
- มีทักษะแก้ไขปัญหาเชิงกลและเครื่องจักร
- มีสภาพร่างกายแข็งแรงและทนทานต่อสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานที่หนักหน่วง
- มีใบรับรองที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น BOSIET/T-BOSIET, HUET, offshore survival, และ offshore medical certification
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมและปฏิบัติตามมาตรการความปลอดภัยอย่างเคร่งครัด
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
(Work Environment) สภาพแวดล้อมการทำงาน:
- ทำงานบนแท่นขุดเจาะหรือตึกผลิตน้ำมันนอกชายฝั่ง
- กะการทำงานแบบ 28/28 หรือ 28/14 ขึ้นอยู่กับกิจกรรมการขุดเจาะ
- เจอสภาพอากาศรุนแรงและความเสี่ยงด้านความปลอดภัย
- ต้องปฏิบัติตามมาตรการความปลอดภัยและกฎระเบียบด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างเคร่งครัด
- เป็นพนักงานสัญญาจ้าง (ประจำแท่น) ระยะเวลา 7–12 เดือน
