Job Description:
The Offshore Safety Performance Coach is responsible for promoting, monitoring, and improving safety culture and practices across offshore facilities. They deliver safety training, conduct safety audits, and provide coaching to ensure all personnel adhere to safety standards, procedures, and regulations, thereby minimizing risks and enhancing overall safety performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and coaching for offshore personnel.
- Monitor daily safety practices and behaviors on the platform, providing guidance and feedback.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and refinement of safety policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Perform safety audits and inspections to identify hazards, unsafe behaviors, and compliance issues.
- Investigate safety incidents, near-misses, and hazards, ensuring proper reporting and follow-up.
- Promote a safety culture by engaging personnel at all levels, encouraging proactive safety practices.
- Support the onboarding and orientation of new personnel with safety induction and awareness.
- Lead safety meetings and promote active participation in safety initiatives.
- Provide coaching to improve safety performance and foster safe working habits.
- Collaborate with management and operational teams to develop safety improvement plans.
- Keep records of safety activities, audits, incidents, and training sessions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- This position is open to Thai Nationals only
- Previous offshore experience in the Gulf of Thailand preferred
- Relevant offshore safety certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET, NEBOSH, IOSH).
- Prior experience in safety, health, or environmental roles in offshore environments.
- Strong knowledge of offshore safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify hazards, assess risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Proactive attitude with strong leadership and influencing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, high-pressure environment.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Work Environment:
- Work on offshore drilling rigs or production platforms.
- Rotation 28/28 or 28/14 depending on drilling activity.
- Exposure to harsh weather conditions and safety risks.
- Strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
Contract worker (Permanently assigned to rig). 7-12 Months contract.

ตำแหน่ง Safety Performance Coach (Offshore) มีหน้าที่หลักในการส่งเสริม ตรวจสอบ และพัฒนาวัฒนธรรมด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานบนแท่นขุดเจาะหรือแท่นผลิตนอกชายฝั่ง เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าพนักงานทุกคนปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐาน ขั้นตอน และข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัยอย่างถูกต้อง โดยมุ่งลดความเสี่ยงและยกระดับผลการดำเนินงานด้านความปลอดภัยโดยรวม
(Key Responsibilities) หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก:
- จัดฝึกอบรมด้านความปลอดภัย การพูดคุย Toolbox Talk และให้คำแนะนำ (Coaching) แก่พนักงานบนแท่น
- ตรวจสอบและติดตามการปฏิบัติงานประจำวัน เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่ามีการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานด้านความปลอดภัย
- สนับสนุนการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงนโยบาย ขั้นตอน และแนวทางปฏิบัติด้านความปลอดภัย
- ดำเนินการตรวจสอบและประเมินความปลอดภัย (Safety Audit / Inspection) เพื่อระบุอันตราย พฤติกรรมไม่ปลอดภัย และการไม่ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนด
- สอบสวนอุบัติเหตุ เหตุการณ์เฉียดอันตราย และความเสี่ยงด้านความปลอดภัย รวมถึงจัดทำรายงานและติดตามผล
- ส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัย (Safety Culture) ให้กับพนักงานทุกระดับภายในแท่น
- จัดทำและดำเนินการอบรมความปลอดภัยเบื้องต้นสำหรับพนักงานใหม่ (Safety Induction)
- เป็นผู้นำการประชุมด้านความปลอดภัย และส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมด้านความปลอดภัยขององค์กร
- ให้คำแนะนำและโค้ชชิ่งเพื่อปรับปรุงพฤติกรรมและผลการปฏิบัติงานด้านความปลอดภัย
- ประสานงานร่วมกับฝ่ายบริหารและทีมปฏิบัติการ เพื่อจัดทำแผนปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพด้านความปลอดภัย
- จัดเก็บและดูแลบันทึกข้อมูลด้านความปลอดภัย การตรวจสอบ การฝึกอบรม และเหตุการณ์ต่าง ๆ อย่างเป็นระบบ
(Qualifications & Skills) คุณสมบัติและทักษะที่ต้องการ:
- รับสมัครเฉพาะผู้มีสัญชาติไทย (Thai Nationals only)
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานบนแท่นขุดเจาะหรือแท่นผลิตในอ่าวไทย (Gulf of Thailand) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีใบรับรองความปลอดภัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น BOSIET, HUET, NEBOSH, IOSH
- มีประสบการณ์ในสายงาน Safety / Health / Environment (SHE) ในสภาพแวดล้อม Offshore
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในกฎระเบียบ มาตรฐาน และขั้นตอนด้านความปลอดภัย Offshore เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร การโค้ช และมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- สามารถวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยง ระบุอันตราย และดำเนินการแก้ไขอย่างเหมาะสม
- มีทัศนคติที่มุ่งมั่นเชิงรุก (Proactive) และมีภาวะผู้นำที่ดี
- สามารถทำงานในสภาวะแรงกดดันและสภาพแวดล้อมที่ห่างไกลได้
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและทักษะในการจัดการเอกสารได้ดี
(Work Environment) สภาพแวดล้อมการทำงาน:
- ปฏิบัติงานบนแท่นขุดเจาะหรือแท่นผลิต Offshore
- ระบบการทำงานแบบหมุนเวียน (Rotation) 28/28 หรือ 28/14 ขึ้นอยู่กับกิจกรรมการขุดเจาะ
- ทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมที่มีความเสี่ยงและสภาพอากาศที่ท้าทาย
- ต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบด้านความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างเคร่งครัด
- สัญญาจ้างแบบ Contract (Permanently Assigned to Rig) ระยะเวลา 7–12 เดือน
