Responsibilities
• Communicate and present products/services to Chinese clients
• Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers
• Prepare sales reports and market analysis
• Coordinate with internal teams
• High availability for travel to up-country sometimes.
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming for customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
• Proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
• Sales or marketing experience will be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills, service-minded, and able to work under pressure
• Own car with a valid driver’s license.
