Sales Supervisor

Job Descriptions

Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets in line with company policies.
Identify and develop new customers, creating effective sales and customer strategies.
Negotiate with existing customers on pricing, products, and market share.
Analyze sales data, market conditions, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Communicate and coordinate with factories to resolve issues effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Logistics, and Technical Support to ensure seamless customer service.
Ensure accurate understanding and management of the ISP (Internal Sales Process/System) by providing clear instructions to Sales Administrators.
Apply general electrical knowledge to support sales activities and provide basic technical information to customers.
Prepare sales reports and present results to management as required.

Qualifications

Thai nationality, Male/Female age 28 – 38 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of work experience in sales or a related field.in Assistant Supervisor level.
Background in electronic components or device industry preferred.
Strong knowledge in business fundamentals, sales strategies, and understanding of corporate goals (BBP, Panasonic business model is a plus).
Knowledge or experience in the Transportation & Logistics sector is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead, coach, and develop subordinates effectively.
Proficiency in English (TOEIC 700+); Japanese language skill is an advantage.
Working Day: Monday to Friday.

Salary budget: 45,000 – 48,000 Baht + Mobile allowance 1,100 Baht
