All JST employees are responsible for quality in their work and are expected to understand and apply the Quality Management System requirements relevant to their roles.

On-Time Delivery
Deliver all projects and services on time or ahead of schedule, measured quarterly.
Continuous Improvement
Implement at least two process improvements per division per year based on audit findings and feedback.
Staff Development
Ensure all employees receive relevant training and professional development annually.
Zero Defect Target
Reduce non-conformances year-on-year through proactive quality controls and monitoring.
Regulatory Compliance
Maintain full compliance with all applicable industry standards, regulations and client requirements.
