Job Description

In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing employee compensation and benefits, ensuring fair and competitive remuneration practices that attract and retain top talent.

Job description:

  1. Manage the design, implementation and administration of the company’s compensation & benefits programs and Recruitment program

  2. Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark compensation packages against industry standards

  3. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement fair and equitable performance-based compensation strategies

  4. Oversee the payroll process, including salary reviews, bonus calculations and benefits administration

  5. Provide guidance and support to employees on compensation and benefits-related queries

  6. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits

  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices to enhance employee satisfaction and retention

  8. Expert and analysis budget planning in labor cost control

  9. Expert and analysis workforce planning manpower for support productivity

  10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Recruitment processes in HRM

  11. Expert Certificate system in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, IATF16949, ISO27001, Payroll Local and oversea audit (JSOX)

  12. Expert setup criteria and achieve project

  13. If has handle total employees over 1,500 – 3,500 people, we will give it special consideration.

Qualification:

  1. Minimum 10 years of experience in a compensation and benefits role, preferably in the manufacturing industry

  2. Strong understanding of compensation and benefits best practices, as well as relevant labor laws and regulations

  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

  4. Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills

  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels

  6. A team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach

  7. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
