This role reports to the Project and Product Management Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project implementation and application for Finance Solutions (mainly in SAP ERP FI/CO solutions, Expenses Management Systems, and other Finance systems).
- Perform system and functional design to cater business needs.
- Liaise with development team to realize functional change in the system.
- Perform system testing and troubleshooting.
- Develop and update system process documentation, test script, key user training, blueprint and other project related documentation.
- Conduct user training on system operations.
- Perform project management on project / system enhancements.
- Liaise with solution providers if necessary.
The Successful Applicant:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering, or equivalent disciplines.
- At least 10 years of project implementation or support experience in Finance related solutions.
- Certified CPA or ACCA (preferred)
- Certified SAP FI / CO Consultant (preferred)
- Hands-on experience in Finance system configuration, general system design, development knowledge and prefer to have business knowledge in Finance field.
- Design best practice-based finance solutions in multinational corporation context.
- Deep understanding of finance business integration, bank integration, tax and legal reporting standards in different countries/area like Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Putonghua.
- Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities and able to work independently and committed.
- Able to travel occasionally.
