Manage and develop Jotun’s retail concept by implementing initiatives towards customers in line with regional priorities and direction to support and enhance Jotun’s brand and products presence in the marketplace.

Responsibilities :
Develop and manage local programs (Master Painter Loyalty Program), from strategy and content planning, to execution of programs and events for end users (painters, construction companies & developers) to drive Jotun brand awareness and higher footfall to our dealer network towards increasing sales.
Support the Retail Expert Program strategy and content planning, and provide necessary coaching and guidance to sales team in support of program development and achieve the function’s targets.
Evaluate effectiveness of local marketing programs (Master Painter Loyalty Program & Retail Expert Program), monitor and analyze results to ensure alignment with segment strategies, and identify gaps and opportunities to drive successful implementation, via consistent communication with cross-functional teams.
Coordinate with Regional trade development team to develop and implement loyalty programs and projects in the local market, to ensure strategies translate into measurable results across sales channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful implementation of local marketing programs.
Conduct regular market visits to gain and understand market insights to drive sharper targeting towards driving success of loyalty and retail expert program.
Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in trade marketing or retail marketing, with a strong foundation in campaign execution, online & offline communication, and field-level marketing activities.
Proven experience in managing loyalty programs and executing on-ground activations, able to demonstrate strategic thinking on driving customer retention and repeat purchases, additional considerations if with experience in contractors or painter engagement initiatives.
Strong project management skills. Capable to drive business goals with effective marketing strategies and execute plans to deliver results.
Good understanding of the business environment and market dynamics, with the ability to develop and implement strategies aligned with company objectives. Demonstrates curiosity to learn about market insights with a growth mindset.
Excellent written and spoken English and ability to inspire, lead, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, regional team, and agencies. Able to present well in both Thai and English.
